π Policies - Please Read Carefully
By booking an appointment at Lullabeyelashes, you are agreeing to and consenting to the following policies. Please read carefully as you will be prompted to sign off on these policies at the time of booking.
π‘ General Policies
β¨ Consent & Risks: I understand that there are risks associated with applying or removing artificial lashes. By booking my appointment, I consent to all policies and acknowledge any possible risks.
β³ Appointment Duration: I understand that my appointment may last between 60β160 minutes, and I will need to keep my eyes closed for the duration.
π§ββοΈ Stay Still: I agree to remain completely still during the appointment to ensure optimal results. (Breaks will be given to stretch as needed/upon request).
π₯ Disclosure: I agree to disclose any allergies (tape, latex, adhesives, band-aids, etc.) or medical conditions (chemotherapy, thyroid medications, lasik surgery, blepharoplasty, oily skin, etc.).
π· No Guests: I understand that guests are not allowed during my appointment as I must remain still for the duration and this is a home-based business.
π§ Maintenance & Care
π§΄ Pre & After Care: I agree to follow the Pre & After Care Procedures provided by Lullabeyelashes. Failure to follow them may lead to lash damage and altered results.
πΈ Photo Consent: I give Lullabeyelashes permission to take/use before and after photos for promotional purposes on social media or other platforms.
π³ Payment Policies
π° Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required for all full sets and first-time appointments. The deposit will be applied to your appointment cost but is non-refundable. In the case of a cancellation, the deposit may be applied toward a future booking or held for up to 6 months; otherwise, it will be forfeited.
πΈ Payment Methods: Full payment is due prior to or immediately after the appointment.
Cash is preferred.
E-transfer is accepted if completed before or immediately after the appointment.
PayPal and the card on file are also accepted (please note a 3% fee will apply for card payments due to surcharge fees).
π³ Credit Card on File: For first-time appointments, you will be asked to enter your credit card information during the booking process. Your card will be securely saved on file and may be charged in the event of a no-show, late arrival, or incorrect service booking.
Example: If a 2-week refill is booked but itβs been 20 days since your last appointment, the difference in pricing will be charged according to the appropriate service type.
π Cancellation/Rescheduling
β° 24-Hour Notice: 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this will result in an automatic full charge for the appointment.
π« Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future bookings if 24 hours' notice is provided for changes.
π Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late will require rescheduling and full payment for the booking. Alternatively, your appointment can continue with the remaining time, but results may be affected, and an additional appointment may be necessary at your own cost.
β No-Show Policy: Failure to show up will result in full charge for the appointment, and prepayment will be required for future bookings.
π Lash Extension Refills Policy
To ensure the best results and your lash health, refills must be booked within the following timeframes:
πͺ Mini Fill (7 days): If your extensions have shed naturally and require minimal touch-up, book a Mini Fill.
β¨ 2-Week Refill (14 days): Your lash extensions must be at least 40% intact.
π 3-Week Refill (23 days): Book this refill if you still have 40% of your extensions remaining.
β οΈ Late Bookings: If you book a refill outside of these timeframes, you will be notified and charged for the corresponding appointment type.
Example: If you book a 2-week refill but itβs been 17 days since your last appointment, you will be charged for a 3-week refill.
π₯ Beyond 23 Days: Once youβve passed the 23-day window, you must book a Full Set. Even if your lashes appear full, at this point, youβve likely lost at least 50% of the extensions, and the remaining extensions will be grown out. This requires removal and a fresh full set to ensure proper application.
π« Outside Refills Policy
Lullabeyelashes does not accept refills on lash extensions that have been applied by other artists.
Exceptions (MUST be approved prior to booking, please contact me directly):

New Clients with Outside Work: If youβve had lash work done elsewhere and are a new client, please contact me directly before booking. A surcharge may apply depending on the condition of your lashes.
β Vacation Fills: If I will be away on vacation and youβre due for a fill while Iβm away but plan to book your next appointment with me, I will make an exception. Iβm also happy to help you find a suitable lash artist in your area if needed. When booking your next refill with me, you must book the 3 week refill option.
β Refills on Existing Work: If you believe your current lash extensions were applied well and the style, curl, and length still match your preference β or youβre comfortable knowing it may take a couple of refills to adjust to your desired look β we can discuss booking a refill. In this case, you will be booking at your own risk:
You must have at least 40% of your extensions remaining.
It MUST be booked under a 3-week refill.
I will assess your lashes when you arrive. If they were not applied correctly or you have less than 40% remaining, a surcharge will apply.
If a full removal and new set are required and I have enough time to complete it, you will be charged for both services if agreed upon. Otherwise, if time does not allow or you choose to proceed with the original service booked, we will work with the time remaining, and you will be charged for the 3-week refill.
π Please note: If I approve a booking for an outside refill, I cannot guarantee the final results since the work is not all mine. No complimentary touch-ups will be provided in this case.
πΈ Pricing
β¨ Prices are subject to change without notice.
π Service & Results
β No Refunds: Lullabeyelashes does not offer refunds due to the nature of the service and the time and labor involved. Lash extensions cannot be reversed once applied.
π If you experience retention issues within the first 48 hours that are not related to pre or aftercare or your own requests, I will offer a complimentary touch-up. Please notify me within 48 hours if you experience excessive shedding or loss.
After 48 hours, any lash issues are considered a result of care and maintenance and are not the responsibility of Lullabeyelashes.
π If you are ever unhappy with your results, we can adjust the look at your next appointment. Consultations take place before each appointment to ensure your preferences are clear, and I will guide you if you're unsure.
Refunds are not offered as the product and time used cannot be taken back.
π Clients who are consistently unhappy with results despite adjustments may be kindly asked to book elsewhere to ensure satisfaction.
π‘οΈ Liability
Lullabeyelashes is not liable for any injuries that may occur during or after your appointment. By booking, you agree that you cannot hold Lullabeyelashes responsible or pursue legal action at any time in the future.
π Parking: Parking is at the owner's expense and risk. Lullabeyelashes is not responsible for any vehicle damage or lost or stolen items.
π₯ Removals
π« Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction to your eyelash extensions, please contact me immediatelyβI will remove them free of charge (no refund will be issues).
πΈ Other Removals: All other removals must be booked on the website and will be charged according to the service type.

If you're experiencing fever or respiratory symptoms, please take a Covid test if available and reschedule if needed. If you feel unwell, please wear a mask to protect others. π·
