Pre & After Care Procedures

Arrive with zero eye makeup—this includes leftover mascara, eyeliner, or eyeshadow.
❌ Do NOT wear waterproof mascara for at least 2 days prior. Even if it looks removed, residue remains, preventing proper lash adhesion.
🎭 Mascara weakens retention! Lash adhesive needs a clean, bare lash to bond properly. Failure to follow this guideline may result in additional charges or you being sent home without receiving lashes. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued in this case. Please refer to the Policies page and read through them you have any questions and prior to booking.
👁️ Contact lens wearer? You may want to remove them before your appointment.
🚻 Use the washroom when you arrive, as the process is long, and your eyes must remain closed the entire time.
🚿 Shower, wash your face, and hair beforehand, since lashes cannot get wet for the first 24 hours after application.
📜 Read and review all booking policies thoroughly before booking!

🖌️ Brush your lashes daily with the complimentary lash wand provided.
💨 Avoid cotton pads/swabs, as fibers can get stuck in your lashes.
🧼 Wash your lashes everyday! Lashes protect your eyes from dirt and debris, meaning buildup happens faster. Not cleaning them can cause stiffness, premature shedding, or even infections. If you need to purchase a lash cleanser please let me know at the time of booking!
🚫 Do not tug or pull at your lash extensions! This can lead to permanent lash damage and make refills harder to apply safely (it will show on your natural lashes if you do this).
⏳ Schedule your refill appointments every 2-3 weeks (or sooner) to maintain a full, fresh look.
